At Plant Delights Nursery, we take pride in shipping healthy, dormant, or active plants directly to your garden. If your plants arrive damaged or fail to meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a claim or replacement.

Return Process

    Document the Condition

    Take clear photographs of the plants and the shipping carton immediately upon arrival, especially if there is visible damage to the packaging.

  • 2.
    Contact Customer Support

    Email our horticultural team with your order number and photos to discuss the health of your plants and determine if a return or credit is necessary.

  • 3.
    Prepare the Shipment

    If a return is authorized, carefully repack the plants in their original nursery pots using the protective inserts to ensure they survive the return journey.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive the returned items at our nursery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy replacement at no extra cost.
