How do you ensure plants survive shipping?
We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. Each plant is carefully insulated to withstand temperature fluctuations during its journey to your doorstep.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. To ensure the health of the plants, we avoid shipping over weekends; orders placed late in the week may be held until the following Monday.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do the plants come with pots?
Most of our plants are shipped in standard nursery grow pots. Decorative ceramic or terracotta pots are available as add-ons and will be listed clearly in the product description.
Can I get advice on how to care for my new plant?
Absolutely! Every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific needs, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to comply with agricultural regulations and ensure the plants spend the minimum amount of time in transit.
